Water Fees
The Spring Valley Metropolitan District increased water and sewer fees effective February 1, 2024 as follows:

| Tier 4 (18,001 to 24,000 gallons) | $4.82 |
| Tier 5 (24,001 gallons and over) | $ 7.94 |
| Monthly Sewer Rate (flat rate): | $ 61.75 |
These rates reflect an approximate increase of 5% and represent our increased costs of providing services. We will continue to strive to provide you with dependable water and sewer service. If you have any questions, please contact our billing department or district manager.
Payment Information
Spring Valley has selected AmCoBi to provide monthly water billing services to its residents. A welcome letter was mailed out in March 2023.
AmCoBi offers several convenient payment options, as detailed below:

- Pay by Phone at 1-877-410-0167 x 3
- Pay by Email or Text by replying to received message from Payment Portal
- Pay by Check –payable to Spring Valley MD No. 1, PO Box 51280, Colorado Springs CO 80949
AmCoBi’s eBill service allows residents to enroll and receive an e-mail message with a URL link to a copy (PDF) of your fee bill. eBill also stores a history of previous fee bills.
AmCoBi’s ePay service allows you to pay your bill online with a credit card, debit card, or automatic withdrawal from your checking/savings account (ACH). Debit and credit cards have a processing fee of 2.95%, charged by Paymentus, the payment processing provider.
